DMCA Is Killing Musician Blogger?

One of our friend from Unpopular Radio had been received message from Google regarding that his blog may have been suspected to violate the DMCA policy, which is from my point of view, only affect on U.S artist right? But the blog just giving the playlist of local artist here in Malaysia, and some from Singapore and Indonesia. Or let just say they only play indie bands from around the region. What could possibly go wrong?

This is what they sent to them:

Yet another dirty move by DMCA, what say you guys? Is it time for us all to moving from blogger? I'm just new here, but when i read this blogpost i couldn't imagine what could happen to all indie musician bloggers that DMCA themselves didn't know about them? I think this is not fair at all damnit!
